Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Interiors)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, prepare estimates, monitor budgets, and ensure cost-effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
Ensure projects are delivered within budget and contractual requirements.
Evaluate contractor claims and payment certificates.
Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
Prepare project cost reports and final accounts.
Monitor project costs, budgets, and variations.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and contract administration.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
3–5 years of experience in construction projects.
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying software.
